May is Mental Health Awareness Month - a good time to think about what you do to take care of yourself. These days we are hearing a lot about the benefits of having a good "self care" routine, one which nourishes the mind, body and soul. According to Mental Health America, it is important to "make time for things you enjoy. Even if it’s just 15 minutes a day, set aside time to do something you find fun or relaxing—it will release chemical messengers in your body that are good for your physical and mental health."
