The Glen Ridge Public Library has a small meeting room on the first floor of the library. The room is available for public gatherings of organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, or charitable activities. It may not be used for the commercial benefit of private individuals or organizations where fees are charged or goods or services are sold. You will need to complete an application at least four (4) weeks prior to the date for which use of the meeting room is requested. The meeting room is subject to availability. The maximum room size is 25.
The meeting room features an overhead projector and pull-down screen; DVD/Blu-Ray player; sound system; tables with integrated power plugs; sink and small refrigerator.
All room setup and breakdown is the responsibility of the group using the room. Limited technical assistance may be available but is not guaranteed.
